7Cs - Connection

Connection is the degree to which a given siteis able to link to others through a hypertext jump, or hyperlink, from one web page to another. These links embedded in a web page and are most likely to be presented to the users in the form of pcitures, graphics or underlined and highlighted words.







As we can see from the pictures above, the dimension of connection used in this site is links to sites. It simply means that take the user completely outside the homesite and goes into a third-party site.


For instance, it can lead users to the site of RBS WorldPay (www.rbsworldpay.com) for payment services. It is a web site which provides payment services for credit and debit cards, bank transfers, subscriptions and so on.


Moreover, it can also take users to the web site of Facebook (www.facebook.com) once the users clicked on the logo of Facebook in their site. There is an account of Quiksilver & Roxy Malaysia in the Facebook which allows users to become their fans or get some updates about their products or special promotions.
